The automatic pancake production line stands on our own research and development. It is composed of mixer, automatic batter feeding machine, automatic baking machine (automatic depositing and filling), cooling conveyor. The whole line requires about 5-6 staff and it is known for stable design, strict producing processes and excellent technique. The pancake produced by this machine is with high quality and good taste, it is a very popular leisure food all over the world. This machine can produce various pancakes with different flavor through filling jam, cream or bean paste.

Industrial pancake production
Sandwich pancake systems are composed of two connected machines. The pancake griddle and sandwiching
machine run independently but are fully synchronized.
For baking, we use a reinforced copper plate. The extraordinary heat retention capacity produces a very smooth pancake surface.Both gas and electricity can be used as a heat source to bake the products. By changing the speed of the griddle and the position of the depositor the baking time can be adjusted. A top-mounted heater on the pancake production system cooks the pancake from the top before flipping.The positions of both the top-mounted heater and flipper can also be fine-tuned to suit different recipes. Below the dorayaki production machine, debris is removed from the griddle plates and oil is applied to ensure the pancakes are released properly.
The sandwiching machine first aligns the products arriving from the pancake machine and then turns half of the pancake rows over to apply the filling. The other row of pancakes is not turned, they remain face up to allow printing. Finally, the pancake is ready for sandwiching and will be sealed to keep the filling in. The sealing unit can either close the pancake keeping the filling inside or just sandwich it, leaving the edges open.
