Description of the Layer Cake Machines
The whole set equipment consists of beating machine, material storing buckets, flour-mixing machine, gas fired & steel belt type tunnel oven, return transport belt conveyor, strip-cutting machine, crean or jam filling machine, cake turn-over machine, compaction machine, horizontal cut-off machine, cooling machine etc.
The main technics order: pour the mixing flour directly on the steel belt type to be baked, after being cooked , it will become a cake belt, at the terminal of the belt conveyor, it will be shoveled down to the return belt conveyor underneath, at this time the cake belt has been transported back ti the place where is under the cream or jam filling machine, it will be upgrades by the slop to the working platform where the cake belt will be cutted to the cake strip lengthways, then fill the cream or jam, turn over the cake belt one space one, press one on the side on slightly, after being horizantal cutted off, the favorite food is made---Layer Cake.
