Presentation:
Sterilization kettle is also called sterilization pot or sterilization machine. Sterilization pot is mainly used in food industry, medicine and other fields.
The sterilization pot is composed of pot body, pot cover, opening device, locking wedge, safety interlock device, track, sterilization basket, steam nozzle and several pipe orifices. The pot cover is sealed with inflatable silicone rubber temperature resistant sealing ring, which is reliable and has long service life.
Steam with a certain pressure is used as the heat source, which has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time of liquid material, and easy control of heating temperature. The inner layer of the pot (inner pot) is made of acid resistant and heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel, equipped with pressure gauge and safety valve, which is beautiful in appearance, easy to install, easy to operate, safe and reliable.

Scope of application:
It is mainly suitable for canned food (such as canned meat, poultry, fish, eggs, fruits and vegetables, etc.) and protein beverages that require high temperature sterilization (such as milk, soy milk, almond, coconut milk, peanut milk, walnut milk, etc.).
The packaging can be applied to hard cans (such as tinplate three-piece cans, glass bottle cans), retort bags, high-temperature resistant PPT bottles, etc.

Product technical requirements:
