We have simple 30L/50L/100L home brewery, can be used in home, office, brewing some beer drink together with family, friends, colleagues or customers. Also more and more customers would like to test the recipes by this smaller home brew. Operated easily and space needed is very small, about 2m2. 1.Malting system

Use linear guide, the space between two rollers can be adjustable more accurately.
Special design of feed hopper, it is can contain more raw material than other machines.
Use patentedroller, special tooth structure of roll can ensure the final products have little or no powder. So it is easier for mash system.

2.Mashing system
This system integrates our own advanced technology with the art-of-centry beer brewing process & technic in Europe and USA, can assist the brew master to make all kinds of beer with various flavors, different quantity and brewing process.
Mashing system is composed of mash tun, lauter tank, kettle, whirlpool, hot water tank,etc. the wort step heating is controlled by PLC program and completed automatically.
3.Fermentation system
Composed of fermenting tank, bbt and yeast tank, the fermentation process is controlled by PLC program, which can automatically accomplish the temperature control and exhaust.
4.Cooling system
Cooling system mainly includes glycol tank, cold water tank, cooling unit, pump and etc. Used for cooling wort, fermenters and bright beer tanks.
Two ways of plate heat exchanger cooling: single stage cooling(cold water cooling)&two stages cooling(glycol water and tap water cooling)
