The whole machine is made of SUS304 food grade stainless steel, which is strong and resistant to high temperature.
Equipped with a steam solenoid valve, two-stage work, one side is broken, the other side can also control the valve. The steam temperature can be controlled between 90~110ºC, and the blanching time can be adjusted from 1~10mins.
The water level can be adjusted, the bottom structure is thoughtfully designed, the drainage is convenient and there is no residue, effectively killing harmful bacteria and decomposing residual pesticides.
Equipped with temperature control equipment to control the temperature of the steam, when the temperature reaches a certain value, it will stop working. It is suitable for cooking and finishing a variety of foods, with high efficiency and energy saving.
The valve is used to adjust the water level, which is convenient and clear to observe the water level line, which can save the blanching water and ensure the safety of the equipment.
