Genyond's GY-SP steam peeling machine is a new type of fruit and vegetable peeling equipment. The traditional peeling methods on the market now include chemical peeling and grinding wheel roller peeling. The operating cost of chemical peeling is high, there will be drug residues, which affects the quality of fruits and vegetables, and also pollutes the environment. Grinding wheel roller peeling causes great wear and tear on the flesh, causing waste, and the pits on the surface of fruits and vegetables cannot be cleaned, and the peeling efficiency is low. The steam peeling machine is to put high-temperature and high-pressure (for example, 200C, 1.2MPA) saturated water vapor into a closed cooking tank, making the interior of the tank in a high-temperature and high-pressure state, and after the skin of the fruit is instantaneously (several seconds) kept warm and steamed, the saturated water vapor is quickly discharged from the tank through the steam port, so that the tank returns to normal temperature and pressure.
Thus completing the "high temperature and high pressure-instantaneous steaming and normal temperature and pressure" steaming and peeling process. This process achieves rapid expansion and contraction of the skin of fruits and vegetables by sudden heating and cooling of potatoes and fruits, destroying the adhesion between the skin and the flesh, and forcing the skin and flesh to separate. On the other hand, high-pressure saturated water vapor penetrates into the skin, and at the moment when it is quickly emptied and restored to normal pressure, the saturated water vapor suddenly expands, "pushing" the skin and the flesh, achieving the effect of puffing and peeling. In addition, the steam inlet and outlet are smooth, and the entire heating and pressurizing process is completed instantly, only causing the skin to separate under the action of the high temperature and high pressure skin, but the flesh still maintains the original temperature and original taste. In addition, because the stirrer is supported in the cooking tank, the rotating stirrer drives the potatoes and fruits in the tank to be heated evenly, so as not to burn the flesh, and it can also make feeding and discharging convenient and easy.
