Product Detail:
Put the prepared flour slurry into the pulp bucket, when the baking wheel is heated to 120 ºC, start the flour slurry pump
to send the flour slurry to the leather making mould (the shape can be customized according to the customer's requirements),
and then the flour slurry is adhered to the arc surface of the baking wheel through the leather making mould. When the
baking wheel rotates through an angle of 270-300 degrees, the flour slurry is matured, and then the spring roll skin is separated
from the package conveyor belt by the spatula. When the spring roll skin passes through the exit of the filling machine, the
filling machine will distribute the filling evenly (the filling gram can be adjusted) on each spring roll skin, and then the system
part will wrap the filling with the spring roll skin, and finally the spring roll will be formed by the round package part. The last
spring roll falls directly on the cooling conveyor belt. At this time, the spring roll can be manually sorted to the packing box
and put into the refrigerator, or directly fried by the fryer.
