Introduction:

The machine adopts pasteurization method,it is applicable to dairy products, meat products,
vegetable products,canned food.It is especially suitable for the low temperature sterilization
of soft packaged vegetables,low temperature meat products for the re-sterilization.

It is divided into two parts sterilization tank and cooling tank. sterilization temperature
and speed can be set according to material processing technology requirements. The
machine runs smoothly, adopts stepless frequency conversion technology, the advantages
are low noise, high flexibility, easy maintenance, compact structure, convenient operation,
low failure rate. It is perfectly suitable for continuous sterilization.
Principle:
The machine adopts electric heating. First of all, heat the water in the sterilization tank to
the sterilizing temperature, and pay attention to the water level. Temperature is
self-controled by temperature sensor. Products are conveyed by conveying network.
According to the sterilization time, products will be sterilized while go through the tank.
Finally go through the cooling tank for cooling.
