Brief Introduction:
This coring pulping machine is suitable for mature stone fruit or stone fruit after pre-cooking.especially for mango,peach,apricot,plum and waxberry fruit etc. Pulp,residue and core are automatically separated.It is quipped with special system to avoid core broken. The material is SS 304,stable and durable.There are two types,single channel and double channels to be chosen.
1.This machine use for stone fruits (Mango , peach , apricot ) Soft fruits (Kiwi fruit, strawberry) kernel fruits (apple .pear etc ) . The feature is Slag pulp, skins, seeds, nuts
separate automaticly .
2.It can Combination on the production line to line production . Also can use alone.
3.All can contact with raw material use 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and High quality edible rubber .Good corrosion resistance ,Not contaminated material, ensure food hygiene
4.This machine only need change the different specific screen and adjust the lead angle of scraper . Then can change the pulping speed .and obtain satisfied effect
5.The machine has two types : single, double channel
When used in stone fruits (mango) pulping . choose single channel to remove the unclear and pulping . as long as you change the rotor it into remove the unclear structure and the screen mesh, then can remove nuclear, skin, meat into next working procedure; then change to pulping structure rotor and screen . Then can peeling and pulping .
If choose double channel . First channel remove the nuclear . Second channel pulping .
If use for Soft fruits (Kiwi fruit, strawberry) kernel fruits (apple .pear etc ).no matter use single channel or double channel . All change the rotor into pulping structure .
