The basic structural type of sugarcane press is the top roller, front roller, rear roller, bottom comb, front comb, rear comb, slag plate and frame composition, the surface of the roller has a V-shaped tooth groove, so that the roller can crush and tear the cane material, at the same time, it is easy to hold the cane and drain the juice. The cane material enters the top roller and the front roller and is compressed, and is guided by the bottom comb to the top roller and the rear roller and then compressed and discharged. The cane juice is discharged into the juice trough in the base. Both the top and rear rollers have comb plates that fit the grooves to remove the cane material that adheres to the roll surface. There is a hydraulic device on the top roller and is connected with an accumulator to maintain a stable pressure on the top roller.
The machine can also be used as sweet sorghum, water hyacinth, traditional Chinese medicine residue, palm shell and other plant fiber juice extraction, pressing and drying, bamboo chips, wood chips and other functions.
The sugarcane press equipment is composed of an electric motor, a reducer, a transmission device, a press, a hydraulic system and an electronic control system.
The main engine (see attached drawing) is mainly made up of top roller, front roller, rear roller, double involute gear, bottom comb, front comb, rear comb, supports left and right frame by sliding bearing, is fastened on chassis with top cover, side cover, bolt etc., is equipped with oil cylinder, piston and hydraulic system communication in top cover, and the size of the inlet and outlet clearance between upper and lower pressure rollers can be adjusted by the adjusting bolt on the side cover.

The hydraulic system is mainly composed of an air bag accumulator and a hydraulic station, which is connected with the oil cylinder in the top cover of the main engine through the high-pressure oil pipe, so as to achieve the effect of applying a stable pressure to the top roller.
