Introduction:

The universal cooking machine(cheese cooking machine), is designed for processed cheese, sauces, butter,mayonnaise, ketchup and another products preparation. Put the raw materials or cheese block and other formula materials into pot, then they are cooked by steam, cut and mixed by high speed knife. The final product is formed as a thick liquid when it is hot.

It consists of a jacketed melt kettle, a high speed agitator, a mixing cutter, a scraper, a controllable heating system, and a pouring device.
The cheese can be quickly chopped in the kettle, heated and melted, and evenly mixed with other excipients.
