Fundamental structure for cane press machine is combined of top roller,front roller,rearroller,bottom saw. front saw,rear saw, dregs boards and the rack,stand like an triangle.Thereare"V"saws in pressing roller to crush sugar cane and keep juice and
dregs in the mean time.And sugar cane will be drained from bottom base.
The matched saws in top and rear roller are designed to clean up sticky sugar cane materials.Hydraulic devices are set in top roller, connected with accumulator,to keep stable pressure to top roller.
This cane press machine can also be treated to extract and dry fiber juice of sorghum,hyacinth,herbal residues,palm nuts,and bamboos
Cane press machine are combined with electric motor, speed reducer,transmission device,press machine,
hydraulic system and electronic control system.
The main part (Figure 1-1)is combined with top roller, front roller,rear roller,double involutes gear,bottom saw, front saw and rear saw,and through sliding bearing on both sides ofrack,itis firmly attached to chassis with cover,side cover and bolt.Oil cylinders,piston set on the cover are
connected to hydraulic system.In/out space between top
and bottom press bottom can also be adjusted by bolt on
side cover.
As one transmission part,coupling plays insurance
function besides transmission.When the main part work
overload,coupling rupture to protect damage from other
important parts in this way.
Hydraulic system is combined with airbag type
accumulator and hydraulic station,connected to oil
cylinder by high-pressure pipe,in order to keep stable
pressure on top cover.
