APLICATION:
Tomato concentrate production line consists of five main parts: fresh tomato receiving
system, fresh tomato washing and sorting system, crushing and refining system,
concentration system, sterilization system. Washing the fresh tomato, enhancing, sorting,
crushing and refining, concentrated sterilizing, aseptic filling into big drums. The production
line's feature can finish a large amount of products within a very short fresh tomato maturity
period. Normal packing style are 220L and 1200L aseptic drum. And this production line can
do the similar fruit and vegetable products, such as pepper, pumpkin, carrot and etc.
ADVANTAGE:
Designed through absorbing main advantages of same products at home and abroad, the production line can adjust blanching time and temperature of vegetables as well as conveying speed so as to achieve an optimal treatment effect of various vegetables.
