Different kinds retort sterilizer, including rotary retort, water immersion retore, shower retort, mutifunctional retort machine
We have many kinds of retort sterilizer:
1) Hot water spray retort: the machine performs various types of high-pressuresterilization. Sterilization is achieved through the use of non-atomized
hot waterdroplets. The sterilized comprises a retort that is capable of receiving
multiple trays ofmaterials, a pressurized air intake system for introducing
pressurized airinto the retort, an exhaust system and multiple spray units capable
of sprayingliquid such that at least one spray unit is disposed adjacent
to each tray ofmaterial. It is further defined to include a heat exchanger and
a pump forremoving the liquid from the retort, passing it through the heat exchanger
and deliveringthe liquid to the spray units.
2) rotary retort:
retort sterilizeris specially designed to sterilize foods in pouches and flexible
plasticcontainers such as pop cans, plastic bottles, glass bottles and heating
bags. Showerspray retort sterilizer sprays high pressured hot water to the packaging
food by nozzleslocated at the processing tank.
3) water immersion retort : water imersion retorts are specially
designed tosterilize foods in pouches and flexible plastic containers.
It shall be ensured that all pouches arepositioned in the water flow to give
Features of product :
1.Don't need exhaust,save steam consumping and work without noisy. Save steam 18%(comparing with hot water immersion autoclave and steam autoclave)
2.Do not need heat exchanger,direct heating and direct cooling.Speed up the heating and cooling process. Save the costs for maintenance of heat exchanger.
3.Creat a quiet and comfortable operating environment.
4.Sterilizing process is controlled by F-value.Temperature and time of sterilizing could be adjustable according to the requirement of the differtent food so that maintain the same sterilizing effects.
5.Four pieces of mobile deteciting probe are equipped with the autoclave,operators can monitor the F-value of food center and exam the heat distribution inside the autoclave, get the time when tempreature reach the center of food from its surface at any time(heat penetration)
