Uses and principles
The automatic lifting and destacking machine is mainly used for the automatic destacking of round tanks.
The empty cans stacked on the pallet are lifted by the can pushing device of the unloading mechanism to push the empty cans
onto the mesh conveyor chain. The mesh conveyor chain is a 3MX1M conveyor platform, which plays a temporary buffer role.
There is a high-speed conveyor belt on one side of the mesh conveyor chain. The empty cans enter the slide-type tank washing
machine from the high-speed conveyor belt. The flushing tanker is used in conjunction with the destacking elevator,
and the empty tank enters the tank feeder of the upper part of the flusher. Turn the empty can 180 degrees with the
mouth of the empty can facing downwards and enter the cleaning section. The cleaning section cleans the empty can
with high-temperature water spray, and then enters the can-turning device to turn the can 180 degrees, so that the mouth

Uses and principles
