The fruit crusher is used to crush the fruit into small pieces to increase the output of fruit juice. The utility model has the advantages of novel and compact structure, energy saving, large production capacity and wide application range.

This machine is composed of side cover,swift knife,screen,main body,principal axis etc.the principal axis is regularly driven to circumvolve by a couple straps on running wheels; so the knives on the principal axis with circumvolve swiftly. When the fruits drop down to the feeding hopper from the lifer, they will be crushed by the swift knives; the crushed fruits will fly through the filter net on the drum to the storage groove under the centrifugal effect.

Working principle

The fruit crusher is composed of frame, body, door pocket, feed hopper, throwing knife, discharge hopper, transmission motor and other components.

During operation, the motor drives the spindle to rotate. The material lifted from the previous process falls into the hopper.

After the material enters the fuselage, the flying knife on the main shaft rotates at high speed, so as to brake the material.

The broken material falls into the waist hole on the screen.
