Product Application
  vegetable protein low temperature vacuum belt dryer  developed by this company is a wholly-sealed vacuum belt drying equipment that can feed and discharge materials continuously. According to the capacity required by customer, 3-11 layers of belts can be designed inside the vacuum dryer. This product is suitable for drying various sugars such as paste, maltose, cane sugar and beet sugar, and this product solves a big problem on drying of high-concentration, hygroscopic and high-viscosity Chinese medical extract.
Operating principles of vacuum drying machine
 vegetable protein low temperature vacuum belt dryer   is a continuous feeding and discharging vacuum drying equipment. The raw material to be dried is feeded into drying machine through feeding pump, and is well distributed on convey belt through distributing device. The boiling temperature of materials is reduced through high vacuum, and the moisture of liquid raw material is sublimated to gas directly. The convey belt runs on the heating plate at a constant speed, and the internal heat source of heating plate can be steam, hot water or electrical heating, With the running of convey belt, the temperature is adjustable up and down according to the specific characteristics of material from evaporating and drying in the front to cooling discharging in the end. The discharging end is equipped with a specific vacuum grinding device to grind products into different granularity. The dried powder can be automatically packaged or used by the following process.

TGZDY Model Vacuum belt dryer is continuous infeed and discharge vacuum drying equipment. Liquid product is conveyed into dryer body by infeed pump, evenly spread on belts by distribution device. Under high vacuum, the boiling point of the liquid is lowered; water in the liquid material is evaporated. Belts move on the heating plates evenly. Steam, hot water, hot oil can be used as heating media. With the moving of the belts, the product goes through from the beginning evaporating, drying, and cooling to discharge in the end. The temperature decreases through this process, and can be adjusted for different products. Special vacuum crusher is equipped at the discharge end to produce different size of end product. The dry powder or granule product can be automatically packed or continued with subsequent process.

Application Scope
