Vacuum evaporation is an evaporation operation under vacuum. In the vacuum evaporation process, the final secondary steam is usually condensed in the hybrid condenser. The characteristic of vacuum evaporation is that the boiling point of the solution is reduced at low pressure and a large amount of water is evaporated with less steam.
Falling film evaporator
Falling film evaporation is that the feed liquid is added from the upper tube box of the heating chamber of the falling film evaporator, and evenly distributed to each heat exchange tube through the liquid distribution and film-forming device. Under the action of gravity, vacuum induction and air flow, the feed liquid flows uniformly from top to bottom. In the process of flow, it is heated and vaporized by shell side heating medium, and the steam and liquid phase jointly enter the separation chamber of the evaporator. After the vapor-liquid separation, the steam enters the condenser for condensation (single effect operation) or enters the next effect evaporator as the heating medium, so as to realize multi effect operation, and the liquid phase is discharged from the separation chamber.
Advantage:
Under mild evaporation conditions, vacuum operation, fast evaporation rate, short liquid retention time and high heat transfer coefficient; high energy efficiency: Based on the theoretical minimum temperature difference, multi effect, TVR or MVR evaporation can be designed. Flexible operation, automatic control, unattended.
Application range:
The evaporation capacity can reach 150 t / h and the floor area is relatively small, which is suitable for the concentration of materials with heat sensitivity requirements, for the concentration of a small amount of solid substances, and for the concentration of medium with moderate scaling tendency.
Rising film evaporator
The composition of the rising film evaporator is that the liquid enters the heating pipe for heating according to the principle of the siphon pump. After flowing into the separator, the liquid is separated from the steam, and flows back to the evaporator through the circulation pipe to form a closed-circuit circulation. Therefore, this kind of evaporator is also called external circulation evaporator.

High energy efficiency: Based on the theoretical minimum temperature difference, multi effect, TVR or MVR evaporation can be designed. Flexible operation, automatic control, unattended.
Application range:
