Machine debugging Plug the powder outlet with the matching plug, connect the power supply, press the power button at the lower right corner, idle for several circles before powder filling, adjust the star handwheel on the powder hopper, and make the screw located in the middle of the powder hopper (visually), so as to minimize the friction between the screw and the powder hopper. When the friction sound is reduced to the minimum, the powder filling operation can be carried out. Normal powder filling production
1. Pour about 20kg carbon powder into the powder hopper
2. Turn on the power, turn the power button, after three minutes, the powder precipitates, and then press the green inching button three times to prevent powder leakage;
3. Set the powder filling quantity. We have calibrated the instrument before leaving the factory. Generally, we don't need to calibrate the parameters according to the manual. We only need to set the powder filling quantity after receiving the goods. See setting wq355 powder filling quantity for the setting method;
4. Put the powder box or bottle in the proper position of the tray, remove the powder outlet plug, if it can not be placed stably, it can be fixed with the blue right angle bracket randomly distributed;
5.Press the foot switch to fill the powder. If the powder is less than that, press the green inching switch to fill the powder. When the filling reaches the set powder filling amount, the machine will stop automatically and replace the powder box. Press the foot switch to start the powder filling again;
5 Matters needing attention
1. Black weighing / timing selection switch, turning to the left is weighing mode, and turning to the right is timing mode. It is recommended to use timing to fill powder when the weighing mode cannot be used;
2. The left rotation of the governor is to reduce the speed, and the right rotation is to increase the speed. Open the door of the cabinet, and you can see the speed displayed by the small meter (you need to start the power supply and press the foot switch to adjust the speed). The speed is about 500 normally, depending on the situation
Set powder filling amount Press the third key below wq355 (from left to right), 5et will appear, then press the fourth key, and then press the third key to set the weight. The fourth key is to move the cursor to set 10 digits and 100 digits. The second key is to increase the number, set the weight, and then press the fourth key until 5et appears, and then press the first key to confirm. (the first red light above indicates setting the weight, the second red light indicates setting the weight to reduce the weight, Note that it will be set only when the weight is not accurate. If the number of grams is not accurate, the number of grams less will be set when the second light is on, and the other data will not be changed.)
The simplest way to calibrate instrument Prepare a weight of 1000g (if there is no weight, it can be used for items with known weight)
1. Turn on the power switch, press the two keys (from left to right) in Table 1.2 to display cal, and then press the fourth key, all of which are p 0000;
2. Set the password P 1298: the first key is to decrease the number, the second key is to increase the number, and the third key is to move the cursor to thousand, hundred... After setting
3. Press the fourth key again; Display cap, and then press the fourth key; Display 10000, then press the fourth key to display do. 1 (indicating that the weight is reserved to the decimal point), then press the fourth key to display C1 3 (fixed parameter), then press the fourth key to display C2 0, then press the fourth key to display cal 1, then press the fourth key to display 0000, then press the first key to display all 0, then press the second key to set 1000, the calibration is complete
