Product Description

This machine is specially designed for liquid and semi-liquid products to be filled and sealed with plastic cup.
Our cups filling and sealing machines applied with world famous electrical and pneumatic components. All the parts of machine contact with powder are made of stainless steel.
 

Working Process	Cup loading	Cups loading one by one;  Pneumatic cylinder control; 1-4 cups loading holes in one line.
	Filling	Easy to open and close for each tank. Piston filling type for each filling head. All parts/tubes in contact with the product are made of SUS-304.
	UV sterilization	Sterilize cups and products.
	Loading foil	Suck and pick foils by vacuum; Pneumatic cylinder control; 1-4 silicone suckers.
	First sealing	1-4 copper sealing heads; Temperature is adjustable: 0-400°C; Pneumatic cylinder control.
	Second sealing	1-4 copper sealing heads; Temperature is adjustable: 0-400°C; Pneumatic cylinder control.
	Oil printing	Automatic print date or lot numbers.
	Sealed cup picking out	Finished cup be picked out.
