The processing flow of plantain/ banana chips production line:

1. Plantain slicing machine: It can be used for cutting Plantain into slices. The thickness and cutting size can be adjustable. 

2. Plantain chips Blanching machine: Do poaching and color-protecting to the Cutted Plantain chips.

When work has been completed, the water release, residue will follow together with water flow out. 

5. Plantain chips De-oiling machine:  It is Centrifugal deoiling machine. Overcome the high oil content, the defects of greasy mouth of the chips, improve the taste. 

6. Plantain chips Seasoning machine:  Drum flavoring machine adopts stainless steel. Plantain chips (article) even turn in the rotation of the drum, the scattered or spray add seasoning.Seasoning evenly not easily broken.

7. Plantain chips Nitrogen filling packing machine:  When packing, filling the nitrogen in the bag, which can effectively prevent the broken of Plantain chips, prolong shelf life.Inflatable, packing and printing bar can be finished once.
