Introduction:

This system is upgraded from 2-cavity Semi Automatic Blowing Molder, and equipped with automatic bottle ejector to free operator's hands for other operations, which increases output a lot. It is reliable, heavy duty, and capable of producing a wide variety of high quality P.E.T. bottles for many industries like water, alcohol, juice, liquid detergent, vegetable oil, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and personal care items which are just a few examples.

 

Features: 

1. The machine adopts pneumatic components.

2. The machine adopts revolving infrared pre-heat system. It ensures PET preforms be heated evenly.

3. The machine used mechanical-double-arm mould clamping which ensures the mould will be closed tightly even under high pressure and high temperature.

4. The air system consists of two parts: pneumatic action part and bottle blow part to meet the different pressure requirements for the action and blowing. It can provide sufficient and steady high pressure for blowing large irregular shape bottles.

5. The machine is also equipped with silencer and oiling system to lubricate the mechanical parts of the machine.

6. The machine can be operated in the step-by-step mode and the semi-auto mode.

7. Wide-mouth and hot-filling bottles ca also be made.

8. 4-cavity stretch blowing machine is wit automatic de-moulding system.
