Features
1. The whole frame was made of food grade SUS 304, it is good-looking, solid, durable and healthy.
2. The brush rollers were made of ABS95 plastic. It adopted double bearings, the chain and chain wheel are firm and durable.
3. Its rollers are adopted the principle of double-way rotary, rotation for washing and reverse rotation for discharging.
4. Different kinds of brush rollers could realize different purposes. For washing, choose soft brushes; for polishing, choose moderately hard brushes; for peeling, choose hard brushes. In addition, we also have two special brush roller for special use. One is concave-convex brush roller for multi-layer skin, like onion,The other is roller with emery cloth for deep skin vegetables.
5. The diameters of brushed could be customized. 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm,0.8 mm,1.0 mm or 1.2 mm.
6. Automatic Discharging, after washing the product could be discharged for the port.
7. Automatic Spray. The product could be rinsed with spray when being rolled, to clean the mud and silt completely.
