Initial Sorting & Trimming
First, the raw materials pass through a 6-station sorting table to remove roots and leaves.
Cutting Process
The trimmed materials are then conveyed to a multi-functional vegetable cutter (for slicing, shredding, etc.).
First Washing Stage
After cutting, the product is elevated into a vortex washing machine for the first cleaning cycle.
Vibration Dewatering & Impurity Removal
The washed materials undergo vibration dewatering to remove excess water and residual impurities.
Second Washing Stage
A secondary wash is performed, followed by another round of vibration dewatering for enhanced cleanliness.
Transfer to plastic basket
The cleaned product is transported via a bi-directional conveyor into plastic basket.
Optional Dehydration
