Fresh citrus fruits after washing/cleaning feed into the oil extractor via a bucket elevator,
the rotating rasping cylinders inside the oil extractor will rasp the fruits skin to extract the oil,
then with water spraying device the water sprays will take out and collect the oil from the
surface of the fruits, as water-oil mixture, the separate the oil out by disc centrifugal separator.
The separated water will be
pumped into a decantation tank after duplex filter, this water can be circulated and pumped to
the oil extractor.

The fruits feed into this oil extractor via the elevator in a constant flow regularly, the fruits are pushed
forward by paddles along couples of rotating rasping cylinders, the oil comes out from the skin of the
fruits due to the rasping action of the rotating cylinders and is collected by some sprays of water,
the water-oil mixture flow out to the filter.
It is mainly composed of stainless steel gear roller and gear type spiral shaft.
During the operation, the citrus fruits will make axial movement along the gear roller and roll under
the boosting of spiral shaft.
The stainless steel gear will puncture the oil cell and the oil will swept away by high pressure water
and enter into the separation procedure.
It is widely used for oil extracting working condition in large-scale citrus processing factory.
