Application:
The beer fermenter is a chemical reaction vessel that provides a fermentation reaction place for brewer's yeast and raw materials in the beer production process. The tank body is made of high-grade stainless steel, which is welded by a cylindrical body and an oval or dish-shaped head. Through the stirring device in the tank, the brewer's yeast and the raw materials are evenly mixed to promote the fermentation reaction between the materials, which can realize high-temperature sterilization in place and ensure that the materials are not polluted. Advantages :

5. Automatic detection of foam, defoamer can be added, and the sensitivity is 100~10000; the air flow control can be manually adjusted by rotameter, and the range is 0~5000L/min;
6. The feeding system can be automatically added by peristaltic pump, the range is 0~5L/min, and the control accuracy is ±2%.

1, Characteristics of fermentation tank:

2, Applicable scope of fermentation tank:

3, Basic configuration of fermentation tank:
It is made of SUS304 or SUS316 imported materials.
Aseptic breathing hole or aseptic positive pressure fermentation system is installed;
A miller plate or labyrinth jacket is provided, which can be heated or cooled by heating or cooling medium;
The top plate is equipped with control sensors (* pH electrode and do dissolved oxygen electrode) to monitor and control fermentation conditions;
The top is equipped with planetary gear reducer (multi-stage or stepless speed change) to drive the agitator;
The top is equipped with cleaning device, respirator and feeding port, which can be connected with pipeline to facilitate the connection of various ingredients.
The bottom is equipped with a discharge port, which is closed after discharging to achieve uniform mixing;
