This machine is fully automatic top spray-type sterilizing retort with steam as heating method,
widely used for high temperature resistant packaging, such as retortable glass, plastic bottles
(PP, HDPE etc.), soft bags(aluminum foil bags,vacuum bags, retort pouch etc.), aluminum pots,
cans, tins and glass bottles, jars etc.   

Machine Features:
1.Indirect heating and cooling, cooling water and process water is not in contact   then avoid
secondary contamination. High temperature short time sterilization.
2.Steam consumption reduction, the steam after atomization in the retort mix with the sterilizing
water directly to improve the speed of heating up and cooling down.
3.Ejecting water from different angles, steam, air and water are mixed with convection to form
a perfect temperature distribution.
4.Small amount of process water cycling rapid to reach the predetermined sterilization temperature.
5.Perfect pressure control, the entire production pressure is constantly adjusted to accommodate
changes in product packaging internal pressure, so that the deformation of the product packaging
to reach the minimum, especially for gas-packaged products.
6.Process water preheating system to ensure that the insulation, hot-filled products have been
continuing the heating process.
7.Low noise, creating a quiet, comfortable working environment.
