Automatic Spring Roll Production Line
The spring roll production line is composed of fully automatic spring roll wrapper machine, CNC stuffing machine, batter mixer and other equipment. Generally, there are two heating methods: electric heating and gas heating; the equipment size and baking tray shape can be customized according to customer needs.
The production process of the spring roll production line:
Put the prepared batter into the batter barrel, and when the baking wheel is heated to 120ºC; start the batter pump to send the batter to the skin-making mold (the shape can be customized according to customer requirements), and then pass through the skin-making mold to make the batter adhere to the arc surface of the baking wheel. When the baking wheel rotates through an angle of 270-300 degrees, the batter is matured, and then the spring roll skin is separated by the skin scraper to the wrapping conveyor belt. When the spring roll skin passes through the color sensor at the outlet of the filling machine to detect the color of the spring roll skin, the filling machine will automatically distribute the filling evenly (the filling weight can be adjusted) on each spring roll skin, and then pass through the air blowing and combining part, wrap the filling with both sides of the spring roll skin, and finally roll the spring roll by the rolling and friction wrapping part.
The final spring roll falls directly onto the cooling conveyor belt. At this time, the spring roll can be manually sorted into packaging boxes and put into cold storage, or it can be directly fried in a frying machine.
