Product Description

Luncheon meat, a canned compressed meat emulsion, usually raw material is pork or beef. Luncheon meat is mainly made from pork and chicken, adding a certain amount of starch and spices. Mainly pork, starch, salt, spices, sodium nitrite and a small amount of water.
Process flow: raw material pretreatment (clean lean meat and fat lean meat are respectively marinated, chopped and mixed with ingredients)-canned-vented, sealed-sterilized, cooled-washed, dried-insulated and inspected-finished product.
