Structure:
This machine consists of the mill , cutter , platen and bearing bracket and other important parts(above the picture)
Working principle :
When the machine is working , the transmission reduce gear drive the main axle to move ,
which make the mill run by the power transmission chain wheel . Due to the cutter in the mill ,
putting the coconut the position between the mill and thrust bar with the manual turn continuously ,
which can remove the shell of the coconut under the function of the cutter and thrust bar running together .

The machine is high working efficiency , fine design and easy to operate ,
which is the ideal machine for the coconut processing .
And also the machine is made of stainless steel , which machine sure the high quality and long term usage
and also meet the healthy standard .
Working principle
After being heated and filtered, the fresh hot air will be blew into the air distributor at the bottom of the machine
and penetrate through the meshed trolley which loaded with wet materials. Under the effect of air-flow and agitator, the wet material will be fluidized. During the fluidization, the moisture will be rapidly evaporated.
At the top of dryer, filter bags are fixed to separate dusts from the exhausted gas. And the filter bags will be regularly
cleaned by compressed air blows. At the exhaust vent, a silencer is combined to lower the noise.
This design is mainly used to dry non-fragile granules and powder material in foodstuff, pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
