Brief introduction
This machine mainly consists of kettle body,rack, stirring system, heating system,speed governor, stirring shaft and kettle flipping system.
1. Kettle body: hemisphere stainless steel body which is press formed,low roundness error, the stirring scrapper can be fully contact with inner wall of the kettle to prevent the food stick to the kettle(over cooking).
2. Heating system: it can be heated by steam, gas, electricity(conduction oil) and electromagnet, as per customers' request.
3. Stirring system(mixing): frequency control,unique scrapper with revolution and rotation,more homogeneous mixing, scrapping the kettle more thoroughly, no food burning.
4. Speed regulation system: stirring shaft with advanced rotation and sealing structure, speed adjustment with frequency conversion, operation stable.
5. Kettle flipping system: hydraulic lifting to separate the stirring device from the kettle, then flip the kettle (90°) and discharge the food.
6. Structure of the rack is made of stainless steel with polishing treatment, which meet the food grade material requirements.
7. Standard models are 100L,200L,300L,400L,500L etc..
Application:
Suitable for all kinds of high viscosity paste and sauce making, cooking, mixing and frying.
1. Baked stuffing: fruits jam, nuts paste,sweet bean paste, chocolate jam, etc.
2. Sauce: beef sauce, hoisin sauce, sweet sauce, chili sauce, mashroom sauce,etc.
3. Food: meat soup and stew, porridge cooking and other dishes.
