Product Description

PROCESSING FLOW:
crashing, sand filtering, cleaning, spin-drying, air-drying, oiling, roguing, selecting and encasement.
 
The whole equipments are made of stainless steel, it's healthy and safe, with high automation, it's highefficiency, can save the human cost and cleaning convenient.
 
Main equipment: 
 
1. cleaning vibrating feeder: feeding uniform, adjustable speed.
2. cleaning machine:  cleaning speed (approximately 35 seconds), clean, raisins no leaks, no damage.
3.spray feeder:  water spray pipe 4 groups.
4.dewatering mahcine: water thoroughly, raisins without damage, continuous access to materials.
5.dewatering discharge machine: to dryer for about 50 seconds time shared.
6.drying mahcine: 7 layer structure, the upper five layers of drying, cooling layer 6, 7 layers of ultraviolet 
sterilization, the whole stainless steel structure.
7.drying discharge machine: can be connected to a continuous quantitative packing machine, pick 
transfer.
